TaskEdge — the operating layer for how your business runs
One working view of the business: operational dashboards, KPI reporting and AI agents that connect the tools you already use — without anyone assembling it by hand.

In most growing businesses the real state of operations lives in five places: the CRM, the finance system, a couple of spreadsheets, someone's inbox and one person's head. Every report is assembled by hand, every cross-system question takes a day to answer, and the numbers leadership sees are always a week behind the work. TaskEdge exists for exactly that gap — the layer between the tools you already run on and the decisions you need to make.
TaskEdge is built for growing businesses and enterprises replacing spreadsheet sprawl with a proper operating system: operations leaders who need one trustworthy view of the numbers, managers who spend Fridays assembling reports, and teams whose work spans several systems that don't talk to each other.
TaskEdge connects to your existing systems through their APIs and webhooks — your data stays in your systems, and TaskEdge works over it. Agents operate inside boundaries you define: which systems they can read, which actions they may take and which require a human sign-off. Consequential actions run human-in-the-loop by default, and everything an agent does is logged with the inputs it acted on. The dashboards and reports are then generated from the same connected data, which is what makes them trustworthy.
TaskEdge runs as a managed service, or deploys inside your own cloud environment where data policy requires it. Data residency, retention periods and which model provider is used are configured per deployment. Compliance requirements — including regulated-industry use — are scoped with you against what is actually implemented; we don't claim certifications we haven't put in place.
Most deployments start with one painful report or one broken handoff between two systems, then expand. If your numbers live in five systems and your reporting lives in someone's Friday, tell us which tools you run on — we'll map what TaskEdge would connect first, and what it would take.
